All tours have to be pre-paid by clients.

At booking momment you have to wire us 50% (fifthy percent) of the agreed amount. The remainning balance has to be transfer to our bank account in Ecuador, two months prior to the departure of the tour.

- We receive our payments via wire to our account in Ecuador. After the final tour's itinerary is agreed by the client we deliver an email that contains our bank account information for the transfer which is total SECURE.

- We also receive our payments trough any United States Bank cheque. It has to be mailed trough DHL or regular certified mail to our business address in Quito-Ecuador which is: Nicolas Lopez 516 y Av. Brasil.

-We also accept Money Orders from United States banks. (USA bank certified cheques). They can be mailed trough DHL or regular certified mail to our business address in Quito-Ecuador which is: Nicolas Lopez 516 y Av. Brasil.

-Credit cards are acepted  physically in our office in Ecuador and also on-line trough Paypal system.

- For Europe we can receive money transfers to our account in Holland. After the client agrees with the final itinerary we wil give our Rabo Bank details in Holland for the transfer, which is totally SECURE.

- Bank transfer is a SECURE payment. All of our former customers can confirm this.

- If the booking has short notice (less than one month in advance) we recommend you just to wire us the money from your account into ours.
